SOCIETY will gladly offer a refund, exchange or credit note, provided the item(s) have been returned to us within 14 calendar days of you receiving your order.
Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a returns form to complete , before you return your item(s).
Please tick the appropriate box for either a Refund , Exchange or credit note. If you would like to exchange, please let us know which size you wish to exchange for.
We will not charge you postage for exchanges, that’s on us!
Exchanges / refunds can also be made at our store In Bowdon , Cheshire.
Returned item(s) must be unworn, in their original condition (which includes any packaging) and include all labels. If the items are not in a resalable condition SOCIETY reserve the right to refuse the offer of refund or exchange. Where reasonable care hasn’t been taken with any items or their packaging, we reserve the right to refund you in full, less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss.
We will throroughly check all orders before they are sent , to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition! Therefore no returns will be accepted for damaged, marked or soiled stock.
All refunds are made by crediting the original method of payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your parcel is Lost, Items Missing or Not Delivered, please call the Society Team on 0161 929 5307. or email us email@example.com. In the case of Missing Items all OUTER PACKAGING will be required to pursue a claim if needed

SOCIETY does not cover costs of returning UK or international orders. If you have to return your item(s), we strongly recommend using a Second Class Recorded Delivery Service and keep the proof of postage, as your parcel is your responsibility until it reached us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
As soon as we receive your return we will contact you by email immiedetaly to let you know that it has arrived safely. We will then process your return.
As long as the goods are in their original condition, we will refund / exchange your purchase within 7 working days of receiving the package.
Please remember, that all items must be returned in original packaging and if free gifts were included in the package, these must be returned also.
Non-Returnable Products: Jewellery and Underwear and all other intimate items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
Gift vouchers are non-returnable.
RETURNING ORDERS TO THE STORE
We can refund or exchange at our Boutique in Bowdon, Cheshire.
However items can be taken into the stores to be returned to our Web Department for a refund.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the order confirmation.
Proof of purchase is required in all cases.
